[YGOrg] Survey!

I wanna hear what you think

I know Yugipedia has had some really bad downtime lately. One of the survey questions asks about what you’d change, please pick something else, as we’re working on the downtime thing already — it’s related to PHP problems we can’t update due to an older version of MediaWiki which is extremely difficult to update (but is in the process of being updated!)

With that said, I haven’t done a big check in like this in a long time, so I’d really appreciate if you guys could share your thoughts on the sites and the team members for me so we can take stock and see what we need to work on!
