Looks like the FAQ Page for YCS Toronto is finally up. Looks like it’ll be one hell of an event, and the first one that you can get your hands on Number 106: Giant Hand. It’s also the first YCS to feature Tag Dueling, the rules for which can be found in an earlier article on this site, or in the source link above.

Some pretty exciting stuff if you can make the trip up! Takes place on the last day of the format, but uses the new list! This can also be found on our website, when available. We have a reliably sourced rumor in another earlier post. Best of luck Duelists.
