“The upcoming YCS Toronto that runs from September 5th through the 7th is going to have a ton of firsts. It’s going to be the first YCS where Battle Pack 3: Monster League will be drafted in Top 16. It’ll be the first YCS where Pendulum Summoning is legal, the first YCS using the July 13th Forbidden & Limited Cards List, and the first YCS where Duelist Alliance is legal.”
