Tearalaments return with a certain girl bringing peace to the oceans. And Spell Cards.

You can only use the 2nd and 3rd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) Your other Aqua monsters cannot be destroyed by battle.
(2) When your opponent activates a card or effect that includes Special Summoning a monster(s) (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card, then send 1 “Tearalaments” card from your hand or face-up field to the GY.
(3) If this Fusion Summoned card is sent to the GY by card effect: You can Special Summon this card.

Note: We’re not sure at the moment of what Lulu is referencing, but it might be LUCA, the hypothetical ancestor of all life on Earth. Her Level 5 form is named after a common form of Diatom Plankton usually found in sea foam (which Mermaids are known to dissolve into).

(1) Special Summon 1 “Tearalaments” monster or 1 “Visas Starfrost” from your Deck or GY, and if you do, send 1 monster you control with the same Type or Attribute to the GY.
(2) If this card is sent to the GY by card effect: You can target 1 of your banished “Tearalaments” Traps; add it to your hand.

You can only use 1 of the 1st and 2nd effect of this card’s name per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) Target 1 Spell/Trap on the field; shuffle it into the Deck, then send 1 card from your hand to the GY. If you control “Visas Starfrost” at activation, you can target 2 Spells/Traps instead.
(2) If this card is sent to the GY by card effect: You can target 1 “Tearalaments” Trap in your GY; add it to your hand.

(1) If a monster(s) is Normal or Special Summoned, and you control a “Tearalaments” monster or “Visas Starfrost”: You can send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the GY, also all face-up monsters your opponent controls will lose 500 ATK for the rest of this turn.
(2) If this card is sent to the GY by card effect: You can add 1 “Tearalaments” Trap from your Deck to your hand.
