The latest information about Yu-Gi-Oh! will be announced at Konami’s Booth at the 2017 Jump Festa convention
They’ll be announcing it on a large state.
Previously when stuff like this happens, it’s usually to announce a new iteration of the franchise (Zexal and ARC-V themselves as examples).
