Wow, Princess Cosmos is already quite unique for a standard Rush Duel’s Deck.
– Many of her cards are HOPT and lock you into using only Galaxy Monsters.
– Many of her cards require you to destroy your own Monsters or cards to activate Effects.
– Her Fusion Monsters encourage you to use the GY, which means you must fill your GY with plenty of Monsters.
– Princess Cosmos’ Beauty Sleep is quite unique in Requirement: you can activate the Trap Card when you Normal Summon Monsters.
F for Meeeg-chan Maximum. It became easier to use, but lost its unique trick of becoming Normal Monsters in the GY.

Cosmostar representing our solar system, being Galaxy Type, and associated with the number 9 could all be references to the Ohdo family crest (a spiral galaxy like the Milky Way resembles the number 9).
The planets’s Attributes line up with Japanese planetary names and Roman mythology. And their Level is their planetary order.
We don’t have Neptune in this set, who should be a Level 8 and WATER. I wonder if it will be in a future set.
It’s a cute gimmick that turns Jest’s requirement into a buff and offsets the loss in card advantage quickly through their remaining support. Jest also has a Trap that can be treated as is so in the case the original ever gets banned you can still play the Deck as intended.
Miss Mutton’s Maximum received several buffs and two slight nerfs. L and R no longer need to be in Maximum Mode. Center is treated as Mutton in the GY (a debuff of not being treated as vanillas though for balance). Center’s Level increase in Maximum Mode is gone meaning it is vulnerable to certain Traps that affect Level 9 or below. Overall we can’t judge these until we get their renaming support reveals. I hope their upcoming backrow is treated as Meet or Beam in the hand.
Black Luster Ritual will likely get a retrain whose name is treated as the original in the GY and is supported by name, much like Zera Ritual and Hamburger Recipe before it.
We’re missing a card between Fusion Princess and the first planet, so Neptune is possible
