Note: This card derives it’s name from Cosmo Queen no Inori (Cosmo Queen’s Prayer) from the older hand held Video Games.

Oh shoot, this supports runick like crazy, allowing them to become compatible with every deck that has a broken field spell, like yubel or snake eyes?
It doesn’t really support snake eyes runick because their field spell isn’t a starter and is searchable within the archetype and yubel can’t be dependent of this card because u have to hard draw it since it’s not searchable,if the card was a fiend then maybe that would be considerable,and also there’s no effecient way to get rid of hugin in the extra monster zone but u inspired me to play runick unchained so ty

When u use cosmic ability to destroy fountain, hugin will banish herself, freeing the EM zone and saving ur fountain at the same time, and in general, decks with powerful field spells can abuse this card

Interesting direction since Cosmo Brain had Normal monster synergy.
I actually think the card is very good. Essentially it’s a Terra forming in a monster form that ss itself.
Yes it’s a bit situational but i can definitely see people side decking it for events.
Yeah, I wouldn’t have expected Cosmo Queen’s effect gimmick to be related to Field Spells; though you can interpret the Cosmos as being the Field Zones.

It’s not a quick effect, it can summon itself on the opponent’s turn, but it cannot activate its ignition effect to negate it.

Hey, that’s a pretty cool handtrap. Too bad it doesnt negate the activation effect which usually search a card, but still pretty interesting.
Nvm I just realized they are separated effects, so it can only summon itself in opponent’s turn. It seems like a worse fairy dragon.
Second effect would have been really good if it were a quickie but this has a niche in certain Decks that want their Field Spells destroyed and sent to the GY.
I really don’t get why you’d ever use this over ancient fairy dragon unless you’re playing some kind of deck that completely locks out synchro.
The English TCG name will probably be something redundant like “Cosmo Queen, Queen of the Cosmos”…

I always liked the OG Cosmo Queen and had hoped she got her own Archetype, but I guess not.

Even if TCG hits the correct cards, there is always a next problem created by OCG. They like heaven and hell.
Card could be better if it was one continuous effect and when your opponent activated their field spell you were able to summon this and negate that
