(1) Activate this card if there are 5 or more monsters in each GY; destroy as many monsters on the field as possible, then each player banishes all monsters from their Deck, face-down, then you can Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your GY.
(2) Once per turn, during the Standby Phase: Each player can Special Summon 1 monster from their GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions, but banish it when it leaves the field.

(3) You can Tribute 1 monster, then target 1 card your opponent controls; destroy it, and if you do, inflict 1600 damage to them.
