Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 3 DARK monsters in your GY. You can only use the (1) and (2) effects of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) You can reveal this card in your hand; Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower DARK monster from your hand, also you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except DARK monsters.
(2) During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can banish up to 3 DARK monsters from your GY, then target an equal number of cards on the field; destroy them.

Note: the card image spells the name as “(B/V)anisher”, but the tweet itself says “Punisher”. We will assume the latter is the typo as the former matches with the Armed Dragon’s Japanese attack names, and the OCG very rarely acknowledges TCG terms (in Japanese, removing from play is more like “exclude” than “banish”, hence names like “Miracle Excluder“. Plus you know, “banish” was not established until way after the Armed Dragons were released).

On the other hand, the English Duel Links does use “Punisher” for DAD’s attack name, presumably as a mistranslation, so we’ll keep it on the assumption it stays as the TCG name for consistency.
