You can only use each effect of “Millennium-Eyes Illusionist” once per turn.
This card has the same name as its Japanese version (Millennium-Eyes Illusionist). The card itself is a retrained version of Dark-Eyes Illusionist designed to work with Relinquished, Thousand-Eyes Restrict and the new Millennium-Eyes Restrict.
