Promos should likely be an Evil HERO card and an @Ignister card.
Maybe we’ll finally get a WATER or WIND Evil HERO fusion monster since we have none so far.
Or a main deck Masked Hero card.
Main Deck Masked HERO wouldn’t fit the pattern for Valuable Book promos established for a couple years now.
They’ll be one promo each that directly supports the October and January Core Booster. So expect an Evil HERO card and an @Ignister card, like ScionStorm said.

VBEX promos now are based on the mascot themes of the October and January core sets. Last year we got Yubel and Gold Sarc related cards.

We’re getting two cards based on two cover themes of the four sets from the past fiscal year. So INFO to ALIN. I personally want Millennium Ankh and Evil HERO.
Yes. Since they started the Valuable Book EX line, that’s what the promos have been:
EX1: Curse of Dragon fusion (ROTD) and Pile Armed (BLVO)
EX2: Chronicle Sorceress (BACH (also, when are we ever getting this card in the TCG?)) and Stardust Wurm (DAMA)
EX3: Flame Wngman Infernal Rage (POTE) and Link Decoder (CYAC)
EX4: Archfiend’s Advent (LEDE) and Phantom of Yubel (PHNI)
So yes, EX5 is gonna be picking between INFO, ROTA, SUDA, and ALIN to get promos. And between the four (Exodia, Shark, Evil HERO, @Ignister), I think SUDA and ALIN look the most likely.
