(Atem TL note: Storytime!
the “Genten” in the above Spellcaster’s JP name is a term oft used for an original text – the text that is the source from which some information or ideas are derived.
Aleister Crowley, an English mystic, developed an esoteric spiritual philosophy called Thelema in the early 1900s, and saw himself as the prophet of a new age, a new age that he called the “Aeon of Horus”. It should be noted that the word “prophecy” is the sort of prediction made by a “prophet” – Crowley was the “source” of Thelema.
It should also be noted that in the divinatory Thoth Tarot produced at Crowley’s direction, Major Arcana 20’s original name (Judgment) is replaced with the name Aeon.
So, this card is the prophet that the prophecy seems to come from.)
(Deadborder TL note: NEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRD
also the “falena” in the Inzektor Link’s name comes from the Italian for “moth”. The “piko” could be referencing “pico” as in the small measurement, or perhaps it’s short for “piccolina”, meaning “little/young girl”. Or maybe it’s some scientific name reference we’re not yet aware of.
TL;DR accept your newfound Italian moth overlords)
