I always thought Magnet Warrior was Yugi’s exclusive archetype, I didn’t know Misawa used it too
There was also group of minor antagonists in ZeXal that used bunch of “Magnet” monsters.
Misawa used Magnet Warriors with a Plus and Minus mechanic in the manga
He used them during the Shadow Rider arc in the anime. He used Yokai monsters in the Manga.
Misawa had 6 decks, one for each Attribute, and built a seventh deck just to hard counter Judai’s fusions. Of the main 6 we only saw the Water deck (Water Dragon and such) and Earth deck (Magnet Warriors).
I would have liked to see his Fire attribute deck.
Bro didn’t finish gx, or start it, but I need entire archetype, and better be good in engine, not an ip sp deck
Interesting that this one is wholly original as the only Omega Magnet Warrior we got in the anime was the Minus version. Wonder if that means Magnet support (either Bastion anime imports or just generic) will be in Burst Protocol?

Pretty nice to get Magnet Warrior support. I doubt the Plus Minus gimmick will be adapted but maybe there could be an archetype?
Can’t expect much from a v jump promo plus it’s a magnet warrior. Unless it cheats out the fusion it’s just going to stay in a binder

Well, after seeing that there will be a new Magnet Warrior be released based on what Bastion used in Yu-Gi-Oh GX, I hope we’ll see the rest of his Magnet Warrior be released in the near future.
Okay, I’m more convinced that we’ll get more Magnet Warrior support in the next Core Pack.
Meh, they removed Plus/Minus as a unique mechanic from Bastion’s Magnet Warriors with the one they released this month so if we do get more Magnet Warrior support it will probably just be generic MW pile support.

‘Cause it took ’em forever to even begin acknowledging that Bastion even used anything other than Water Dragon and Litmus Doom Swordsman. And when I say that, I mean they only started this year with Linear Warrior Magnum ±.
And I, for one (though I also know I’m not the only one), had been wanting for them to finally acknowledge the other Magnet/Magnet Warrior users in the franchise, including Bastion.

dude if u ask me, i just hope they acknowledge Basiton in general. Even that Water Dragon deck still need alot to be its own deck. Yeah they just realead that “baby” Water Dragon as 1 of the 3 GX promos, but still need MORE, seriously. Like we just got almost 5 new cards for the deck since the irl release of his anime cards.
And im actually worried now, that if they decided to supp his Magnets cards, it’ll take the room/spot for his Water Dragon deck.. lol :/

I wonder if this means this year’s maze set will just be a GX all round supporting set, if so I’m hoping that we get at minimum, 4 new cards per legacy theme including Roids, ancient gear, hero’s, cyber angels for just a few examples.
