      Ok i guess the spell card: ”soul exchange” will be the effect of spell card soul exchange
      Like the spell card:”monster reborn” have the same effect of the spell card monster reborn

      My guess based on the anime effect of Soul Exchange:

      “Target up to 3 monsters your opponent controls; immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 monster by Tributing those monsters. HOPT.”

      let me guess the effect: Target 1 monster your opponent controls, tribute it, then you can Normal Summon 1 monster without tribute, the monster normal summoned cannot activate its effects this turn, and it cannot attack this turn.

        Ahh yes, very true. In that case I have no idea. Maybe something like “target up to 3 cards your opponent controls; tribute them for a tribute summon” or similar.

      imma guess either tribute opponents monsters, BUT at least one from your field OR the tribute must be a Normal monster to activate

      or it’ll be ss one normal monster from gy in defense mode lol

      It may not necessarily be a pattern, but these two cards are special because they tie into the Unity and Pride sets, respectively.
      if we get a non-Yugi/Kaiba card next month, which we almost certainly should, then it should be chalked up as anniversary cross promotion.

      Inmidiatly After this card’s effect resolves tribute summon a Monster from your hand by using monsters that your opponent controls as if you controlled them. You cannot activate that monsters effect’s and you cannot conduct your Battle Phase this turn. HOPT
