Honestly, I didn’t expect this Equip Spell to be a Legend Card (but I also wouldn’t be surprised if they changed its Effect slightly to justify its Legend status. Although hey, being a Legend Card means you’ll have dedicated support in the future)
The arrival of Mage Power means that getting Mage Broom Power (Bubble Actress’s Equip Spell) be a possibility.
Mage Power is an interesting choice. Even in Rush, with its limited Spell/Trap Zones, a possible 2000 ATK boost on any monster is quite powerful, though not technically the most ATK on any Equip Spell in the game (Grace Spear and Helmet can potentially give more to specific monsters, but this is much more generic and needs less set up overall). Directly supported by Kotetsu, Celeb Rose, and Shaman Bandit.
Though the fact this is a Legend means you probably won’t use this over more generic options such as Graceful Charity and Dark Hole.
