Imma call it a one card starter:
If you control no monsters, or only Normal Monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your hand, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Dragon Normal Monster from your Deck or GY.
If a Normal Monster you control leaves the field because of an opponent’s card: You can Special Summon this card from your GY, then destroy face-up cards your opponent controls up to different Attributes of Normal Monsters in your GY.

If the cats is being advertised as supporting Blue-Eyes, then it is already at a poor start as the Deck primarily supports LiGHT monsters, Blue-Eyes archetype, or cards that mention Blue-Eyes. The best Konami can hope for is that they print this as a Dragon with 3000 ATK/2500 DEF so it can be partially searched and recovered.
are we sure this isn’t just “Kunzite Dragon” to go with Labradorite/Alexandrite?

How about these effects: You can reveal 1 dragon type normal monster in your hand, special summon this card from your hand or graveyard, if this card is special summoned, you can special summon 1 dragon type normal monster from your hand, graveyard or that is banished, also, for the rest of this turn, you cannot special summon monsters from the extra deck except dragon monsters. You can only use each effect of this card’s name once per turn.
I hope this card will make the new Blue-Eyes XYZ support playable!
