Furthermore, in a recent article from PR TIMES, Konami revealed that there will be 6 episodes for the Albaz lore:
“Starting on June, a total of 6 animated episodes themed after “The Story of White” will be released. The volume of story contents and monsters being featured will greatly increase compared to the “Sky Striker” theme, making it an even more impressive animation. Make sure to watch it.”

You forgot that part where Albaz’s story involved ~10 different archetypes and quite a few independent cards. It was massive, and it’s understandable why the entire story will be spread through 7 episodes.
This episode was terrible it really only lasts about 30 seconds and that’s with like a 10 second flash back then they go “let’s be friends and fight stuff together” then it ends
