(1) You can Tribute 1 Level 8 “Ursarctic” monster from your hand or field and this card; Special Summon 1 Level 7 “Ursarctic” Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions, and if you do, it gains this effect.
● Your opponent cannot activate the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck that have a Level.

This is sadly trash support…
The Drytron Monster cant special summon from GY so it cant function as a starter or combo tool searched with Fafnir, so its basically a combo extension tool that you could draw as a third card in hand (cause you need a drytron on board so at least 2 must be 1 drytron and 1 drytron/1 ritual). The payoff is searching the trap summon negate which is really really cool, but since you cant add it in a combo, nor it starts one, for Drytrons specifically, it doesnt work well imho.
And the Ursarctic Synchro is worse than the original bear lvl 1 since the original does the same job and also searching dipper.
The skill drain effect is cool but remember, it only affects Synchros and Fusions, and you must have yet ANOTHER Ursarctic monster to tribute if you didnt get dipper to avoid that.
Overall weak support, until we find a way to reliably search or use Beartron (btw incredible name!)
The new Polar Star’s bonus effect given to the synchro is meant to complement septentrion’s effect to negate xyz and links. The Alpha Ursatron card can also be searched off of Ursarctic drytron and maybe that will incentive playing Beartron instead of playing cyber angels.
