Normal Spell Card
You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) Target 1 Fish monster you control; destroy that Fish monster, and if you do, add 1 monster with the same name from your Deck to your hand, or, if you controlled a Fish Synchro Monster when you activated this card, you can Special Summon it instead.
(2) You can banish this card from your GY, then target 2 Fish monsters in your GY with the same name; place 1 of them on the bottom of the Deck, and if you do, Special Summon the other.
24PP-JP016 White Arbitration
Continuous Trap Card
You can only use the (1)st, (2)nd, and (3)rd effect of this card’s name each once per turn.
(1) You can target 1 Fish monster you control; it is treated as a Tuner this turn.
(2) When an opponent’s monster declares an attack: You can discard 1 Fish monster; change all monsters your opponent controls to Defense Position.
(3) If your Fish monster(s) is destroyed by battle or sent to the GY: You can send this face-up card from your Spell & Trap Zone to the GY; Special Summon 1 Fish monster from your GY.

Not all new cards in the Premium packs are manga exclusive.
If we do end up getting anime cards in this pack (and past Premium Packs had them), they will likely be kept to the bare minimum. Last year only had one, and the year prior included two. Pack contents are segmented by series and we still do not know how many cards each series will ultimately get.
I think we should wait until the rest of the new cards are revealed over the coming weeks before hyping ourselves to unrealistic expectations.
I still hope we get the rest of the superme king cards from the anime.

Then why did we get Fossil cards in a premium pack one year. And we also got Golden Rule a Crystal Beast card last year. And there was also that Link 4 Altergeist monster that one year.

There’s something about the name “White Arbitration”
They changed “White Salvage” to “Whitefish Salvage”, maybe they’ll do the same or something similar (>> “Whitefish Arbitration”).

This darn fish deck receive like a bajillion different lines of useless support while my deck living off of generic mage support and floodgates since Crowley was annoyingly added to the deck

Ren only has 4 unreleased cards left. Taking overdramatic to an absurd level, aren’t we?
Prophecy is based on the Major Arcana, it’s likely not getting new monsters, and you’re likely to only get more Spell Cards.
Also, as stated there’s only a small handful of Ren’s White Aura strategy left.
