The European (and thus likely Oceania regions as well) have clarified their policy on World Qualifying Points.
The 2019 Season World Qualifying Points FAQ has been posted for Konami. However, these instructions cover Europe’s policy only for the moment.
It is unknown at the moment if regions under the direction of the North American offices will follow the same procedure.
