An update on the Official Database has been issued for Grandsoil the Elemental Lord.
Before:
Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by having exactly 5 EARTH monsters in your Graveyard, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either player’s Graveyard; Special Summon that target to your side of the field. If this card leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next turn.
Updated text:

When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either player’s GY; Special Summon that target. You can only use this effect of “Grandsoil the Elemental Lord” once per turn. If this face-up card leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next turn.
This makes the text consistent with its OCG counterpart. At this time, this update has only been listed in the English version of the database. An additional note tells us that the update is effective immediatly and that a card with the updated text will be available in FLOD-SE.
