This is true because from Duelist Nexus to Alliance Insight, the Series 12 Core booster cycle is complete. 7 rainbow colors are Green, Yellow, Red, Orange, Blue, Purple, Black, and White, respectively.
Core sets now have 12 sets in a series. Alliance Insight is the first set in the second half of Series 12.
