Shay’s character unlock missions added to the game permanently, along with his event exclusive skill.

UR: Raidraptor – Blade Burner Falcon
UR: Raidraptor – Call
SR: Raidraptor – Avenge Vulture
SR: Raidraptor – Vanishing Lanius
SR: Raidraptor – Pain Lanius
UR: Raidraptor – Rise Falcon can also be obtained via Shay’s level-up rewards.
Finally, the event exclusive skill is added as a lifetime mission with the above unlock condition.
