[Effect] Special Summon 1 monster (Level 6 or lower) from the hand to your side of the field face-up. The monster Special Summoned by this effect gains 500 ATK until the end of the turn. If “Upstart Goblin” is in your Graveyard, also inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

Note: This card’s name is a play on Narikin Goblin (Upstart Goblin), replacing the Gold Kanji (金) with the Kanji for Silver (銀), making it read as “Promoted Silver General” instead of “Nouveau Riche”. We went with Startup to make it clear it’s a card related to Upstart Goblin.
