For players attending Jump Festa 2019, they can obtain an event limited pack that includes 5 Different Cards, one of which is:

As of now, we can’t give anything, other than it’s a Link 2 DARK monster with Bottom Left and Right arrows. We’ll report on further information as it becomes available.
