Steep materials and requirement on top of the second effect being mostly incompatible with DTF (but on future turns it does help with getting 1 The Dragias to the GY if you have a dead one in hand for the removal).
Requirement is pretty much useless against Maximum Mode though which is an interesting way to have a huge ATK value without going overboard.
Probably, This card will appear in the later anime before.
