[SIMORG] Patch Notes for October 23rd 2026

General Changes

• "Play from here" on replays! This continues replays in a solo room from any point. A couple of notes:
  • Hidden information in the replay stays hidden, so you can only work against existing public info.
  • You will also generally want to select the correct deck in order to replay from that position
• Common Charity Format has been added
• Lobby automatically defaults to the format associated with the selected deck
• Solo Sessions now record the deck, in order, at every step
• "Play from here" on a solo replay loads the decks exactly as they were.
• "Play from start" jump straight back to your opening hand
• Share a position: copy a link to any step of your own replay or to its opening. Anyone with the link can play it out with your deck, even if they don't have the cards. "How would you have played out this turn?" for example. Only the owner of a replay can generate a link to a replay play-out.
• New format: ROLAD Pile
• Last formats now a legacy format with a leaderboard starting from everyone's final ratings last week.

Older formats

• Older formats now show a cards' original text, before errata, in the deck builder, in duels, and in replays. This applies only to cards like sinister serpent or ring of destruction that had functional changes.
• Pendulum cards show their effects in separate boxes
• Tengu format now matches ycs toronto, instead of including until the subsequent forbidden list (blizzard princess is now newest card, no more wind-ups).

Rush Duel

• Limited pack remastered edition has been added for Rush Duel
• 10 Rush cards have been renamed to their current names (such as Mist Assailant instead of mist assassin).

Domain

• New and prerelease archetype cards now count as part of their archetype. Ars Magna Artmage’s Domain includes the Ars Magna cards again.

Duels

• Judges can now cancel a game, resulting in no change to W/L or rating.
• Minor bug fixes

Deck Builder

• Drag the column edges to resize the preview and search panels. Double click an edge to reset it.
• The columns are now resizable. There is a bunch of special logic here as well so that it always arranges the deck layout to keep the cards as big as possible always depending on how wide you make the deck column
• The ad banner space was moved to the right of the search column. If there is no ad there (which there is not for now) that space is just added to the Search column. When we do enable an ad there it will continue to be hidden for Pro users.
• Cards now show the correct errata text based on your format setting in the Deck Builder
• Card renders everywhere now show the appropriate errata text based on format.

Mobile Improvements

• Replays and match watching now use the phone layout on an upright phone instead of the desktop one running off the screen
• Your Banishment pile no longer runs off the right edge
• Duel chat now closes when you tap outside it, like other menus
• The Call Admin banner is now a small pill that stays clear of the rest of the duel screen.

Bug Fixes

• Domain: Card orientation fixes for both EMZs and GYs (these should no longer be upside down for the several cases they were)
• Domain: Card ownership in the EMZ should behave better
• Replays: GY lines should no longer be duplicated in chat
• Replays: Solo replays should now have a copy link button
• Solo Mode: Detaching a material from the opponent side's Xyz monsters should now go to the correct GY
• Legacy Formats: Era-appropriate card text should now correctly show in Legacy Formats
• End of match result announcement text is no longer inaccurate
• The banlists were case sensitive, so things like K9 66A Jokul were not working as that's 66a. All of those have been repaired.
• Necromancer of Dragon Magic, and all cards for Immortal Phoenix are live on the site for testing, up to and including Nightmare Twinkle
