【EFFECT】 Choose 1 Level 7 or lower Zombie monster in your GY and Special Summon it to your field face-up, then you can choose 1 monster in your opponent’s GY and place it at the bottom of the Deck.

With the changes they made to Book of Life, I have a feeling that Defiant Soul could be a Level 5 Zombie Deck.
And if it has Ritual Monsters, they probably won’t go above Level 7.
Either way, let’s hope it doesn’t backfire if, in the future, we have Level 8 or higher Zombie Monsters in Rush Duels.
Even with the restrictions this is very powerful. It can revive to date any Zombie in the game, though it is a dead card going first and there is no way to recover it if accidentally milled or destroyed.
Many Zombies have powerful and generic non-HOPT effects and don’t need to be Normal Summoned. They usually require cards to mill or pitch from hand, or monsters in the GY, but are difficult to bring out ordinarily.
This is a good card in mid to late game and especially boosts the advertised Decks – Necromaid and Defiant Soul – with weaker results in generic Zombie pile and Skull Servant.
