(3) Once per turn, during your opponent’s turn: You can target 1 “Buster Blader” monster you control; equip 1 “Destruction Sword” monster from your Graveyard to that target.
*This thing’s name is wordplay (as usual). The baby form of the dragon is called Hakaikenshi no Banryuu, which roughly translates to Destruction Swordsman’s Pet Dragon. This guy is called Hakai Banryuu, but it doesn’t use the Hakai for destroy, but the hakai for breaking religious rules, and it doesn’t use the ban which means “to accompany”, but rather the ban meaning barbaric. Basically they’re telling you “it’s the same dragon but he’s all bad and stuff now, also look at how cool Japanese is at wordplays!”
