[REQUIREMENT] Reveal 1 Level 6 or 7 Warrior Type Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck.
[EFFECT] Excavate the top 4 cards of your Deck. You can add up to 2 excavated Normal Monsters that are mentioned on the monster revealed to meet this effect’s requirement as material to your hand. Place the rest on the bottom of the Deck in any order.

Pretty cute the new Rush-exclusive HERO subtype is “R HERO”, as in Rush.
It says Rising, which makes sense as heroes must rise to the occasion and this card makes it easier to get them in your hand.
The only Fusions that currently meet the requirement are Flame Wingman and Burst Wingman. But if Pulse and Flare are also Level 7, Argent will make getting Neos in hand more consistent. The fact this excludes Level 8 does concern me a bit, as Konami probably wants to limit excavation as a resource generator to only a select few Decks. The vanilla Warrior Fusion toolbox would have loved this.
Unfortunately Bubbleman isn’t a vanilla so if Konami eventually prints Mudballman or Steam Healer it won’t be compatible with this. If anything Argent semi implies the unrevealed Fusion in here won’t use Bubbleman as material at all. Inb4 it’s just Thunder Giant.
Oh and Argent is yet another monster with 1000 ATK and DEF, adding even more consistency to the Talismanic toolbox which was reprinted in here.
The fact that they exclude Level 5 and lower Warrior Fusions to reveal makes this card even worse for decks that want to make of such monsters. Not to mention, it lets you add only Normal Monsters with specific names that the revealed Level 6 or 7 Warrior Fusion lists as material out of the 4 cards excavated off of the top of the Deck. Yeah, this card is mediocre at best.
Meh typical hero design from Japanese media, nothing special.

The translation is incorrect. He only adds “Normal Monsters”, not just “monsters”.
You know, this would be great……….but additional cards in your rush hand is pretty awful, right?
