The Harpie SD seems to be a better value imo. Even the reprints are better aside from Machine Inspector and Jinzo.

I don’t know if I’d call Elegant Firebird Harpyia, Rising Light Angel Essel and Whispering Fairy good Reprints for Harpie’s Structure.
Those cards are either useless or don’t complement each other well in Rush’s Harpie.
And let’s not forget Ultimate Flag Beast Boltricorn in Cyber Dragon’s Structure: it’s still a Staple you can use in multiple Decks.

You listed one good reprint out of a dozen or so awful ones.
Harpies also have Aguila, Dark Hole, Trick Pigeon, Icarus Attack, and vanillas that can be used as Fusion material.

Neither structure is particularly good value compared to the HERO structure. HERO containing Ship of Seven Treasures was huge in terms of driving the price of Ship down to more affordable levels. It’s the only reason you can get playsets for a reasonable amount these days. Raiza was a super rare in a recent set, so it’s been quite affordable for a while now, but it’s still nice to see printed in the structure for players entering the game for the first time without existing collections, or easy access to singles shops (like Westerners importing the game).
Boltricorn is good, but it’s largely been powercrept by Justiciar of the Dragon Stream in most decks. There are not many situations you’d play Boltricorn over Justiciar even in decks with Machine or Light synergy, especially considering Justiciar even helps recycle your GY if a duel happens to go longer than a few turns. Due to this, I’d consider Boltricorn a solid budget pick.

@N. I’d say Cyber Dragon’s Structure has a lot of worthwhile reprints considering that a lot of those reprints are of cards that need a reprint.
– Steel Mech Lord Mirror Innovator is still a decent Boss Monster and it’s been 2 years since its last reprint.
– Jinzo was always a hard to get Legend Monster in its previous reprints. Now it’s safe to say that it’s going to become more accessible.
– Same goes for Power Bond. It’s been 3 years since its debut and this is its first reprint (which will make it pretty accessible)
And about Trick Pigeon, I’m hesitant to call it a good reprint considering that it’s been a very easy card to get in previous packs.
@OrdinalNumberPrefix. Yep, just because of Ship of Seven Treasures, HERO’s Structure became quite valuable. Although, I will say that the other reprints of that Structure fell short compared to Harpie and Cyber Dragon.
Regardless, I feel that both Structures for Harpie and Cyber Dragon have helped solve the most critical problems of both Decks: Harpie needs better firepower and ATK other than Maximum, and Cyber Dragon needs better “Cyber Dragon” substitutes and better Main Deck’s Monsters.
