Chemistry is all over the place with its Levels, and you can’t even use Nyanko or Biri alongside Parrot to recover the card you want. The mill is really good though, especially as you don’t need much set up.
The idea is to recover a max piece.
Chemistry always had that bizarre trick of doing math to get the best Effects from its cards.
Initially, it was more recurring and pronounced, especially the Boss Monsters, but that math trick started to lose steam as GO RUSH progressed.
Now, the Pyro Deck that stands out the most is the Maximum Deck, which doesn’t have much of that mathematical trick that Chemistry had in the beginning.
You can only recover monsters that you send to the GY with this effect according to Yugipedia, so even if you have a monster in hand, it is very unlikely that one of the three cards you mill will have the same Level as the card in your hand.

Okay, very nice Monster for Pyro Maximum Deck, but I feel like we need new Spell/Trap Cards now for Pyro.
Anyway… Any thoughts on Deck benefiting from the future “Jest of the Cosmos Princess”? The only thing I can think of is that DARK Pyro Deck that Sorako used.
