WHO
FED THE BEAST
SOME SOULS
This dropped out of nowhere.
Premium Pack should be the last major reveal this month.
Bazoo looks like something you would only use in a mirror match with Ryzeal. I think they overcompensated with the summon condition otherwise it would be an interesting alternative
I guess they just wanted to fill slots
There’s no real slots to fill since they’re Jump promo cards you get in Promotion Pack 2025 at Jump Festa’s tournament. (And maybe other events later down the line.)
These usually can’t be too good given their nature, but they’ve became more and more playable.
Festiballoon seems really janky but it could of had some potential if they made it 3rd effect a quick effect at least.
Also can we get a Dream Clown retrain as a Illusion monster? Or maybe a Bickuribox retrain that help Toons?
I find the 1st card really interesting.
there already has a card do better job than that. (meteor rush)
Shateki may legit be the best one out of those gift cards.
Despite Freed being the monster(s) on the trap, I feel a certain King and his servants are being targeted instead. How many other monsters can have 3+ of one name on field and or grave naturally?
Cyber Dragon and Harpie come to mind.
someone playing a bad build of Blue-Eyes
Cydra, Harpie, BEWD, Skull Servant, Albaz, Ancient Gear Golem.
This card is similar to “Showdown of the Secret Sense Scroll Techniques”. However Shadow Trouble is harder to get it online.
Dam, that last card just out to get Skull Servant players with extreme prejudice.
Oh hey, it’s that one and only moment a year where you can escape from archetype hell. Justice for Peanut!
Festiballoon feels like inflation fetish! =p
Trash that won’t see play.
Out of all of these, the trap is theonly one I can see being nichely played. Bazoo is funny. It’s a more complicated D.D. Crow.
Of all these I think the Squirrel is by far the best card here.
Yugiohs too fast for the little guy to be a legit strategy, but by itself it completely recycles your deck, and if there are some spell/traps that want themselves banished to activate effects this guy goes crazy
since it resets things and is also a quick effect it can abuse things like card of demise in the endphase or other strong cards like Grass and then refill the deck with spelltraps that wanna be banished or sent. (Bamboo swords/one day of peace etc)
The fact this guy alone reset one day of peace and you can send one day with foolish goods, just makes him go crazy as long as you have some Floodgates and protection
He’s probably one of the strongest little self contained engines in the game, I’m sure he has some insane synergy available as well.
