Forbidden & Limited List for the World Championship 2023

Mostly to check the edge cases.

Note: In addition to the cards on this list, cards printed or released in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game on March 19th, 2023 and later cannot be used (it is possible to use cards up to the cards printed in “Deck Build Pack: Wild Survivors”). Cards printed or released in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game after June 24th, 2023 are also not allowed. Reprints in newer products are still permitted, such as those in Battles of Legend: Monstrous Revenge. These lists are typically made by using the lowest amount of the card legal worldwide (even if 0 due to lack of release). This year appears to ignore the cards printed in the TCG NA only territories such as Shiba Warrior Taro, and has permitted them for use.
