Note: This card’s name is Italian for Hornet.

Very good card in general. You recover the monster that let you fusion summon and gain attack. Its a pity sylvix is not level 7 but I guess konami is already bored of doing level 7 decks

Konami is already tired of Rush’s Gaia being viable thanks to Ship’s Deities.
I think it’s not unreasonable to think of a limit to Ship of Seven Treasures.
Insects in general needed more boss monsters, let alone Delirium. While this one is still filler-ish it’s a 3000 Atk beater with a mill and recovery of your main monster while also being fusion material for Oneirophrenia.

Delirium had been starved for more Main Deck Level 7-8 monsters to use as materials, as well as in a theme way to recover and more easily go into Sylvix, their core enabler.
This monster more importantly mills your Deck, helping to set up the stronger Sylvix Fusion’s requirement and which will undoubtedly have more importance if the theme eventually gets a Turnover or DTF variant on its own. Delirium has a handful of cards that either send themselves to the GY or need LIGHT Insects in the GY for their requirements. They likely do have a GY plan which should be more apparent with their remaining new cards.
The Deck also has access to the Level 7 support core, namely Ship and Shift, which depending on upcoming limits may still hold over for when the Konton Insects (both of their core bosses being Level 7 helps) enter the game. The Deck doesn’t have a lot of draw or recovery power right now so anything helps. Of course it largely depends on upcoming support and limits.
I’ve been considering a small Praime core for it with Dwarf, some diff type millers and maybe a Praime call. Delirium doesn’t care about typing too much outside of the field and Dwarf gives an extra option to fuse with your opp board. Praime Call’s effect lock also isn’t as bad since you still have access to Fleeting

Well, at least Delirium has an extra Boss Monster for its Fusion Monsters.
It remains to be seen what the Low Level Monsters will do, as they are the ones that can decide the success of the Deck or not.
