The TCG staff have confirmed that Overframe (the extended full artwork) will be introduced to the Trading Card Game.

Konami already been getting tons of money just by releasing the same cards with slightly different artworks. Can’t wait to get the new millionth artwork of Blue-Eyes this year.
Never assume free money is enough to deter Konami from doing something stupid.
I think this more than likely confirms (without saying it directly) that Rush Duel is never being printed worldwide. Very unfortunate, but at least we can start getting full card artwork now
I don’t think this has anything to do with it but yes, if Rush Duel was coming we’d probably have it by now.
Konami are likely satisfied with just leaving it as a Duel Links thing.

Probably costs an arm and a leg and as rare as the dragon master magia qcr just to even get a singer full art. It’ll be exclusive to only the highest rarity cards. Commons wouldn’t dare. Pokemon already has full frame arts but at least they cost less than a dollar across the board of variety.
I really hope they keep full arts expensive. Yugioh needs to win back the collectors market. Making QCRs and Starlights guaranteed promos killed interest in those rarities.
Considering nearly everybody, even kids will want some full art cards, as such I can with almost no doubt they won’t keep them a whale exclusive item. And thank goodness if so, I personally would like to enjoy some full art cards myself without breaking my bank.
