Does it matter? This game will still be an unplayable mess unless you’re playing the top X flavor of the month decks Konami tells you to play.

The announcement is on the 21st of SEPTEMBER right? would be weird if they announced the banlist that’s effective from 1st Oct on the 21st of OCTOBER?
I checked and according to the source, announcement will indeed happen the 21th of September, not in October.

Probably as early as 21st is and no later than 1st Oct
