QCDB-JP001 Dragon Magia Master
【Regarding the text “Must be Fusion Summoned.”】
■ It is not treated as a card effect.
【Regarding the effect “When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. You can only activate this effect of “Dragon Magia Master” in response to each card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) once per turn.”】
■ This is a Quick Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
■ When your opponent activates an effect, it can be activated by chaining directly to that effect.
■ It can be activated during the Damage Step.
■ It can be activated multiple times on the same Chain. However, even in that case, you must fulfill the condition “You can only activate this effect of “Dragon Magia Master” in response to each card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) once per turn”.
■ Even if the activation of this effect is negated, you are still unable to activate it in response to the same card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) that turn.
【Regarding the effect “If this face-up card in its owner’s control leaves the field because of an opponent’s card: You can Special Summon 1 “Blue-Eyes” monster, or 1 “Chaos” or “Black Luster Soldier” Ritual Monster, from your Extra Deck or GY.”】
■ This is a Trigger Effect.
■ It can be activated during the Damage Step.
■ If this face-up card you control leaves the field because of your opponent and is sent to the GY, it can be activated in the GY. If it is banished face-up, it can be activated while this card is banished. (It can be activated wherever it moves to first after leaving the field.)
■ It can be activated even if it leaves your field because of your opponent from outside of your Monster Zone.
QCDB-JP002 Winged Kuriboh LV6
【Regarding the text “This card is always treated as an “Elemental HERO” and “Favorite” card.”】

【Regarding the text “Must be Special Summoned (from your hand or GY) by banishing 1 “Elemental HERO” Fusion Monster or 1 “Winged Kuriboh” from your hand, face-up Monster Zone, or GY. You can only Special Summon “Winged Kuriboh LV6” once per turn this way.”】
■ It is not treated as a card effect. This is the method and procedure for Special Summoning this monster.
■ It can only be Special Summoned using this method. Even if it leaves the Monster Zone after being Special Summoned this way, as a general rule you cannot Special Summon it using another card’s effect.
■ If an effect Special Summons “ignoring its Summoning conditions”, you can ignore this card’s text and Special Summon it.
【Regarding the effect “When an opponent’s monster declares an attack, or when your opponent activates a monster effect on the field (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; destroy that monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to its original ATK.”】

■ Destroying the monster and inflicting damage to your opponent occur simultaneously.
■ When inflicting damage to your opponent with this effect, refer to the destroyed card’s printed ATK. If the printed ATK of the destroyed monster is “?”, no damage is inflicted to your opponent.

■ This is a Quick Effect that can be activated in the hand.
■ When resolving this effect, Special Summon this card. If it is successfully Special Summoned, Special Summon the targeted monster from the GY with its effects negated. If the targeted monster is successfully Special Summoned, you can immediately Synchro Summon 1 Dragon Synchro Monster after resolving the Chain Link made by this effect.
■ This card’s Special Summon and the targeted monster’s Special Summon occur simultaneously.
■ The targeted monster’s Special Summon and the Synchro Summon of the Dragon monster do not occur simultaneously.
【Regarding the effect “A Dragon Synchro Monster that was Summoned using this card as material cannot be destroyed by battle.”】
■ This effect is not classified as either an Ignition, Trigger, Quick, or Continuous Effect.
■ This effect is applied to a Dragon Synchro Monster that uses this card as a material.
■ The monster will be Synchro Summoned with this effect already applied to it.
■ If the Dragon Synchro Monster to which this effect has been applied to leaves the Monster Zone or becomes face-down, the effect will no longer be applied to it.
QCDB-JP004 Full Armored Utopic Ray Lancer

■ It can be activated at the end of the Damage Step when this card destroys an opponent’s monster by battle. However, it cannot be activated if both monsters were destroyed by battle or if this card is otherwise no longer in the Monster Zone at the end of the Damage Step.
■ It cannot be activated if this card has already attacked multiple times during this Battle Phase.

QCDB-JP011 Gandora-X the Dragon of Demolition (text change)
【Regarding the effect “When this card is Normal or Special Summoned from the hand: You can destroy as many other monsters on the field as possible, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the highest original ATK among those destroyed monsters (your choice, if tied). This card’s ATK becomes equal to the damage inflicted to your opponent by this effect.”】
■ This is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
■ It can be activated during the Damage Step.
■ When resolving this effect, destroy all other monsters on the field. If at least 1 monster was successfully destroyed, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the highest original ATK among those destroyed monsters. If you inflict any damage to your opponent, the part of the effect “This card’s ATK becomes equal to the damage inflicted to your opponent by this effect” will be applied immediately.
■ If any face-down Defense Position monsters are destroyed by this effect, its original ATK can also be included when determining the damage inflicted to your opponent.
■ Destroying monsters and inflicting damage to your opponent occur simultaneously.
■ If this card leaves the Monster Zone or becomes face-down, the effect “This card’s ATK becomes equal to the damage inflicted to your opponent by this effect” will no longer be applied to it.
■ When inflicting damage to your opponent with this effect, refer to the destroyed card’s printed ATK. If the printed ATK of the destroyed monster is “?”, no damage is inflicted to your opponent.
【Regarding the effect “Once per turn, during your End Phase: Halve your LP.”】
■ This is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Monster Zone.
■ It is mandatory to activate.
*Note: The text for the most part was changed to match the TCG’s text, though there is still a slight difference. The TCG text indicates that changes to a monster’s original ATK on the field (such as the effect of Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess or Shrink) will be taken into account when determining damage. OCG text/rulings indicate that the printed ATK is always used, even if the original ATK was changed.

What is going on with that, ” Even if the activation of this effect is negated, you are still unable to activate it in response to the same card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) that turn”?
Thats not how other “you can only activate X once per turn” effects work is it?
