21st ? I legit thought it would be the 15th since usually they announce 15 days before the next list
unlike TCG that in recent years started to apply the list immediately or the day after

That’s at night on the last day of Jump Festa. Maybe it’s just cope, but maybe that means there’s going to be some kind of announcement there that the list would spoil?
