A few updated rulings, mostly having to do with negation.
Q: During a turn the effect of Lubellion the Searing Dragon has already been applied, or the second effect of Gigantic Spright has already been applied, Skill Drain is activated and the effects of those monsters are negated. In that case, can you ignore their respective effects “For the rest of this turn, this card cannot attack, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Fusion Monsters.” and “also neither player can Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Level/Rank/Link 2 monsters.”?
A: No, you cannot. Those effects of Lubellion the Searing Dragon and Gigantic Spright are applied as part of the resolution of their activated effects. Even if those monsters have their effects negated after their effects have resolved, the effects that are already applying for the rest of the turn continue to apply.
Also, if you activate Skill Drain in a chain to the activation of the effect of Lubellion the Searing Dragon or Gigantic Spright and negate that effect, the effect is not applied so the part of the effect that applies “for the rest of this turn” is also not applied.
The same applies to the following cards:
– Chimeratech Rampage Dragon
– Evilswarm Exciton Knight
– Exosister Asophiel
– Exosister Kaspitell
– Marincess Coral Anemone
– Odd-Eyes Rebellion Dragon
– Predaplant Verte Anaconda

– Raidraptor – Tribute Lanius

Q: A Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon has applied its effect, and its own ATK and the ATK of the targeted monster have changed. In this situation, if Infinite Impermanence is activated targeting that Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon, and its effects are negated, what happens to the ATK of Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon and the ATK of the opponent’s monster targeted by its effect?
A: Neither monster’s ATK is reverted to its previous value (it remains changed by the effect). If a monster effect increases or decreases ATK/DEF, and that effect can be applied to a monster other than itself, the effect will still apply when the monster’s effects are negated after resolving. The first effect of Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon is such an effect.
The same applies to the following cards with effects that can change the ATK/DEF of other monsters:
– Binary Sorceress
– Constellar Praesepe
– D/D/D Wave High King Caesar
– Dark Requiem Xyz Dragon
– Deskbot 003

Q: I activate the effect of Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon by chaining it to the effect of my opponent’s Herald of Creation. In this situation, if Forbidden Chalice is chained and the effects of Herald of Creation are negated, how does the effect of Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon resolve?
A: Even in this case, the effect of Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon is applied normally, negating the activated effect and destroying 1 card on the field.
Q: A Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon has negated the activation of a monster effect and gained ATK by its own effect. In this situation, if Infinite Impermanence is activated targeting that Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon, and its effects are negated, what happens to the ATK it gained from its effect?
A: The ATK increased from its own effect is no longer applied. If a monster effect increases or decreases ATK/DEF, and that effect can only be applied to itself, the effect will no longer apply when the monster’s effects are negated (the ATK/DEF reverts to its previous value). The first effect of Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon is such an effect.

Q: Can the effect of Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion be activated in response to the effect of Drytron Alpha Thuban?
A: When the effect of Drytron Alpha Thuban is activated in the hand, it is treated as an effect that Special Summons a monster from the hand, not an effect that Special Summons a monster from the Graveyard. Therefore, the effect of Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion cannot be activated in response to the effect of Drytron Alpha Thuban activated in the hand.
When the effect of Drytron Alpha Thuban is activated in the Graveyard, it is treated as an effect that Special Summons a monster from the Graveyard, not an effect that Special Summons a monster from the hand. Therefore, the effect of Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion can be activated in response to the effect of Drytron Alpha Thuban activated in the Graveyard.
The same applies to the following cards:

Q: El Shaddoll Winda is face-up in my opponent’s Monster Zone, and I have not yet Special Summoned this turn. In this case, can I activate the effects of 2 copies of Trickstar Lycoris in my hand in the same Chain?
A: Yes, you can. The Trickstar Lycoris whose effect activated as Chain Link 2 is Special Summoned, but the Trickstar Lycoris whose effect activated as Chain Link 1 cannot be Special Summoned due to the effect of El Shaddoll Winda. Furthermore, if El Shaddoll Winda is no longer face-up in the Monster Zone when resolving these effects, the effect of each Trickstar Lycoris is applied normally and Special Summons them.
