Konami confirms where the erratum of Grandsoil the Elemental Lord is being printed.

Tournament Pack 2018 Volume 1, out starting in January 2018, contains an erratum of Grandsoil the Elemental Lord, to make it “Name Based Once Per Turn”.

(1) When this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 monster in either player’s Graveyard; Special Summon that target to your side of the field.
(2) If this card leaves the field, skip the Battle Phase of your next turn.
