I would assume Link Vrains Pack 3
The reveal of the Duelist Exchange Meeting 2019 3rd indicates two unrevealed card images, most likely, but not confirmed to be, from Link VRAINS Pack 3:
One appears to be Ib armed with the World Legacy – “World Key”, the other appears to be a Rose Dragon of some sort.
