It’s available as a promo at the TV Tokyo Festival being held from April 28th to May 5th at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium, in Yoyogi Park, Tokyo, Japan. Those who want the promo will have to play in “Pedal-And-Shoot” and “Speed Matching”. Anyone can participate on Weekdays, while Children are the only ones who can participate on Weekends and Holidays.
