Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG) Perfect Rule Book 2024

Two items of note:
First there will be an Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters OCG card included
Secondly, they note the Rule Book uses マスタールール(2020年4月1日改訂版) Master Rule (2020 Nen Shigatsu Tsuitachi Kaiteiban), i.e “Master Rule (April 1st, 2020 Revision)”, which is the most recent update to the game’s rules, which you can read here for a general summary of the major overhauls to the game by that revision.
This means it will not feature a major rules overhaul, and is more concerned with recent changes to rules and interactions from the official Yu-Gi-Oh! Database.
