      Another Normal Monster from Yudias gets a Retrain for Chaos Galaxy.

      While the Monster is redundant, this makes me wonder which Slots will be used for dedicated Voidvelg support (it doesn’t look like that Deck will get many new Monsters)

      There are 3 important differences between this and Galaxy Chaos Fusion.
      One, it’s attached onto a monster that is significantly harder to recover. Chaos Fusion is recovered by Chaos Vortex Shooter.
      Second, this card has a requirement of needing Galaxy monsters in your GY, so unlike Chaos Fusion you cannot immediately use it early game. You need prior set up.
      Third, it is technically more restrictive. While you can use materials outside your Type for the Fusion, you can’t summon DARK Galaxy Fusions. (This is even worse because the only eligible Fusions all require a Galaxy as material anyway. Only situational use is you can use the specifically named monsters on the field as material with Sentinel Officer if they have their Type changed such as with Ageha.) There isn’t a bonus effect unlike with Chaos Galaxy Fusion.
      So aside from one very specific instance where you cannot use Chaos Galaxy Fusion if the monsters on the field had their Type changed, this card is absolutely useless in the Deck. It may be better in the future if we get generic Level 9 LiGHT Galaxy Fusions with non-Galaxy generic materials.

        The Level restriction shouldn’t’ve been a part of such of a mediocre effect with other restrictions that are enough justifiable to make the intentions clear. Waste of cardboard. Konami should’ve future-proofed the card a bit so it has a bit better value overall.
