It’s a Deck that uses the effect of “Cynet Codec”, you can add Cyberse monsters of different attributes from your Deck to your hand which you can use to Special Summon “Elemental Grace Doriado”.
Amassing different Attributes is a key goal of the Deck, so make use of the numerous cards that add cards from your Deck to your hand, and then use cards like “Code Radiator” or “Micro Coder” to Link Summon other “Code Talker” monsters from your hand, while the effects of cards like “Flame Bufferlo” and “Defcon Bird” can discard cards from your hand to activate their effects.

If you have 0 monsters in your Extra Deck, it is functionally a 3000 ATK monster.
