The following Loaner Decks are available for the event:
☆1 Tales of a Distant Galaxy

    “Difficulty Level ☆1
A “Kozmo” Deck that makes use of destroying and banishing. Psychic-Type “Kozmo” monsters can call successor allies from your hand. “Kozmo Farmgirl” in particular can add “Kozmo” cards to your hand when it inflicts battle damage, so use it wisely and you can deal tons of damage. Also, many cards like “Kozmotown” activate their effects when destroyed by an effect. Getting a handle on each effect is key to victory!”

    ☆2 Mischievous Goddess

    “Difficulty Level ☆2
A “Valkyrie” Deck full of tricky tactics. “Ride of the Valkyries” has a powerful effect that allows you to deploy many “Valkyrie” monsters at once. Having all the monsters return to the Deck at the End Phase is a true demerit, but you can circumvent with “Mischief of the Time Goddess”. Furthermore, if you Set any Trap Cards, you can activate them immediately by skipping a turn. Master the power of the Time Goddess to claim victory as your own!”

    ☆3 Galactic Dead Heat!

    “Difficulty Level ☆3
A “Gold Pride” Deck that shows its true worth when the going gets though. “Gold Pride – The Crowd Goes Wild!” and “Gold Pride – Better Luck Next Time!” are great ways to start placing cards. These will shave off your Life Points, but “Gold Pride” monsters can be Special Summoned from your hand when your Life Points are lower than your opponent’s. And “Gold Pride” monsters included in your Extra Deck, like “Gold Pride – Star Leon”, can activate additional effects when your Life Points are lower than your opponent’s, so lowering your Life Points is in your best interest. Slam that pedal to the metal, and aim for a crushing victory!”

    1. Foreshadowed errata on January 30, 2024 2:11 am

Interestingly enough MD Gandora-X functioned using the tcg text from the very start.

      • Thanatust on January 30, 2024 3:50 pm

Master Duel (English) always has the TCG text for all cards displayed, but Master Duel uses the rulings of OCG as if the cards had the OCG text.

    2. Articz on January 30, 2024 2:34 am

Are we one step closer to banning the roach in MD ? Nah, obviously not

      • Legend on January 30, 2024 4:45 am

So they made the recent tcg banlist with MD in mind??

    3. The one on January 30, 2024 5:20 am

Tcg regulations with bans like dragoon and others alike, sorry but this is not tcg regulations xD

Its only MD without maxx c, as it should always have been

    4. Jibaku on January 30, 2024 6:26 am

Since it’s still in single format, this is pointless

    5. kuroisepu on January 30, 2024 9:53 am

Nice, roach is a cancer. 100% roach needs to be banned for good.

      • MD Stands for Maxx "C" Duel on January 30, 2024 11:24 am

My country is using the OCG format, yet I still think that Maxx C is not a good card to play with in modern Yugioh. I agree that that card is being used to stop first-turn play from going wild when you have nothing on the field to play in the second turn. But playing against Maxx C after your opponent has the floodgate or their board is ready is a different story.

    6. Erudito on January 30, 2024 2:29 pm

I wish they would errata maxx “c” to a max of five draws or something

      • Silquitos. Negate? on January 30, 2024 3:07 pm

Draw up to 5 ? Just ban it or forever at 3 like the OCG sahmingly use it as their mascot

    7. Fenrir on January 31, 2024 5:22 am

Lol this is somehow even worse than regular MD. Who would’ve thought that a single formats would be worse to deal with without Maxx “C”? But the hateboner is too strong for casuals

    8. Will on February 1, 2024 5:20 am

Honestly? Barring certain nonsense like labryth this has been the best format, it’s a shame that there won’t be an ability to keep this as an alternative format
