[Master Duel] Tryout Duel Rental Competition 4 and Upcoming Events

The Tryout Duel event is now live, offering 3 Loaner Decks to choose from:
Descending Dogmatika

“A Deck based around “Dogmatika” Ritual Monsters. With “Dogmatikamacabre,” you can Special Summon monsters using Fusion and Synchro Monsters in the Graveyard. Send cards from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard using cards such as “Nadir Servant” to prepare for the Ritual Summon. In addition, “Dogmatika” Ritual Monsters such as “Dogmatika Alba Zoa” have effects that send cards in your or your opponent’s Extra Deck to the Graveyard. Understand your opponent’s tactics and accurately exploit their weaknesses.”

Decisive Battle of Golgonda

“A Machine-Type Deck based around “Springans” monsters, that have been strengthened with the addition of new cards. You can use the effect of “Great Sand Sea – Gold Golgonda” to Special Summon a “Springans” Xyz Monster from the Extra Deck. The goal is to call forth “Gigantic “Champion” Sargas,” a powerful monster that can also be Xyz Summoned by stacking it on top of a “Springans” Xyz Monster.

Fantastic Theater

“An “Abyss Actor” Deck centered around Fiend-Type Pendulum Monsters. The “Abyss Actor” cards that support the “Abyss Script” have a powerful effect that can be activated when destroyed by an opponent. By preparing the Field Spell “Abyss Playhouse – Fantastic Theater” using “Abyss Actor – Super Producer,” you can make the opponent destroy the “Abyss Script” card. Make full use of various effects to bamboozle your opponents to victory.”

Additionally, two events will be held during the month of June. The first one is Legend Anthology – Academy, to be held starting on June 13th (time zones applying):

“Here is a battlefield worthy of a hero’s legend! Acquire the power of the unknown and fly high to glory! Let the exciting duels begin!”
“This event will feature event-exclusive regulations for cards and Archetypes used by Legendary Duelists such as “HERO,” “Armed Dragon,” and “Cyber Dragon.” Some cards will be unavailable for the sake of game balance.”

You can earn medals by playing Duels and you can obtain the following rewards according to the number of medals you have:
50 to 5500 medal threshold: a total of 950 gems
6000 to 10000 medal threshold: a total of 10 Legacy Pack tickets
Additionally, at the following thresholds, you can get these rewards:

3500 medals: Icon: Armed Neos

“An Icon depicting a HERO from Neo-Space equipped with powerful draconic armor and wings. Frienship that transcends race will take the HERO to greater heights.”

11000 medals: Academy 2023 Title

“A Title given to Duelists who have harnessed the power of the unknown and made a name for themselves. The power inherited from heroes shall be passed on to the next generation.”

Friendship Unite! A new HERO:

“A Deck based around “Armed Dragon” combined with “Elemental HERO Neos.” Since many of the “Armed Dragon Thunder” monsters have effects that activate when they are sent to the Graveyard with the intention of activating the effect of a Dragon-Type monster, discarding them from your hand to activate the effect of “Keeper of Dragon Magic” will enable you to add “Polymerization” cards to your hand with little cost. Fusion Summon “Armed Neos” and use your deployed “Armed Dragon” monsters and “Elemental HERO” Fusion Monsters to unleash an attack.

Chaos from the Spirit Gates:

“A Deck that combines “Phantasm” and “Yubel” cards. “Opening of the Spirit Gates” not only adds a “Phantasm” related monster to your hand upon activation, but also allows you to discard your hand and Special Summon a Fiend-Type monster with 0 ATK and DEF from the Graveyard. Make sure to deploy powerful monsters by Special Summoning “Dark Summoning Beast” and “Yubel” early in the game. When you’re ready, you can Fusion Summon “Armityle the Chaos Phantasm – Phantom of Fury{” with “Dimension Fusion Destruction” to inflict even greater pain on your opponent.”

“Alliance of Machines and Dinosaurs”

“A Deck centered around “Dyna Tank” that combines MAchine-Type and Dinosaur-Type monsters. “Dyna Tank” can take over the ATK of the Dinosaur-Type monster used as a Fusion Material, so make sure to use “Super Conductor Tyranno” or other monsters with high ATK to Fusion Summon. If you choose “Overtex Qoatlus” as a Fusion Material, you can use its effect to add “Double Evolution Pill” to your hand and Special Summon a Dinosaur-Type monster. When you are ready, you can crush your opponents by using cards like “Chimeratech Rampage Dragon,” which can also be useful in an offensive maneuver.”

You can earn medals by playing Duels and you can obtain the following rewards according to the number of medals you have:
50 to 5500 medal threshold: a total of 950 gems
6000 to 10000 medal threshold: a total of 10 Legacy Pack tickets
Additionally, at the following thresholds, you can get these rewards:

3500 medals: Field Parts: TG1-EM1

11000 medals: Synchro Festival 2023 Title
