An interesting Effect that, ironically, does nothing against Normal Monsters. Interestingly, it still respects the Level 6 rule, but now it comes with a Restriction.
Chameleon is the Deck that would benefit most from it.
seems like Ecdysis Caesarleon has now got his assistance in my deck.
This card is surprisingly good for and against Ritual Decks who usually cap at Level 8, and is even good against the new Great Moth Deck.
It’s somewhat amusing to see that those Monsters that had a Level 8 or lower Destruction Effect during 2022/2023 were considered “bad”, but now have added value since Ritual Decks have been Level 8 or lower with their Ritual Monsters (except for Anime Rituals, which are Level 11)
