アハシマ (Ahashima) seems to refer to one of the early failed children of Izanagi and Izanami, and also an island of the same name, meaning “Island of Foam”. Who later became a re-purposed Kami of childbirth, motherhood and women’s health (especially with the parts involving childbirth)

It’s possible the card, being named after the sibling of Hiruko, and both are considered something of ‘failed’ gods in Japanese mythos, might be based in part on Mizuchi from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
